Barnsley have signed Leicester City forward Amani Richards on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Richards, 21, never played for Leicester's first team but spent the 2024-25 season on loan at Exeter City in League One, where he made six appearances.
The forward started his career in the academies of Chelsea and Arsenal before joining Leicester in 2022.
Third signing of the week
Richards is the third player to join Barnsley this week. Defender Tyrese Noslin and goalkeeper Cieran Slicker also recently signed for the Tykes.
Barnsley manager Daniel Stendel said: "We believe Barnsley is the right place for him to take the next step in his career, and we are excited to start working with him."
