Urban Burgers has officially opened its new restaurant at The Glass Works Square in Barnsley town centre. The South Yorkshire burger chain, known for its burgers, fresh-cut fries and shakes, relocated from its previous Cheapside location to the prime town centre spot.
The business first opened in The Glass Works in 2022 and has built a following among local customers. The new location places Urban Burgers alongside neighbouring venues including Nando's, The Salt House and Katie O'Brien's.
Opening Celebration
To mark the opening, the first 100 customers through the doors received a free burger. Visitors also had the chance to use a spin-to-win wheel and collect exclusive goodie bags.
