An autumn exhibition at Cannon Hall will showcase original artwork created by 14 artists from Leeds Fine Artists, running from Saturday 26 September to Saturday 14 November.
The artists spent time at Cannon Hall exploring its gardens, collections and history before creating new pieces for the exhibition. The artwork will be displayed throughout the hall and exhibition spaces.
What the artists have created
The collection celebrates elements including the hall's vibrant gardens, coloured glassware and grounds. Among the featured artists is Ruth Miemczyk, whose work explores the story of Polish soldiers who found a home at Cannon Hall after the Second World War.

Visiting the exhibition
Admission to the exhibition is free. Councillor Sam Burdett, Cabinet Spokesperson for Communities, noted that autumn is a particularly good time to visit, with seasonal colours providing a backdrop to the hall, grounds and gardens.
